Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the VPNNH marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains why data is processed, how long it is retained, and what rights users have. Third-party payment pages are governed by their own policies; check who operates a page before leaving this site.

Account and Order Data

VPNNH does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is neither required information nor a condition of opening an account. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in a username or support ticket. If you choose to provide an email address or other contact details, they are used only to handle the relevant request.

To verify identity, provide subscriptions, and maintain accounts, this service processes usernames, credentials used for password verification, plan entitlements, summarized data usage, and support ticket content. Do not submit passwords or complete subscription links through a support ticket.

Order records include the selected plan, amount due, payment status, transaction identifier, and refund outcome. They are used to verify payments, assign entitlements, resolve billing disputes, and meet necessary financial obligations.

No-Logs Approach and Connection Information

VPNNH follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through subscription services, store browsing content, browsing history, or DNS query history, or create records that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.

While a connection is active, the system must process temporary session information in memory to forward traffic. This information is not retained as a persistent connection log and is released when the session ends. Account-level usage summaries needed for plan billing are handled separately and do not include destination websites or browsing content.

The website and user panel process security events to identify unusual logins and troubleshoot interface errors. These events are managed separately from network acceleration connection logs. Troubleshooting prioritizes error types and summarized statuses and does not require users to submit browsing history.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Site analytics help us understand page views, referral channels, and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to the marketing website and panel interactions; they do not extend to other websites accessed through subscription services.

Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary session information. If login credentials are stored in the current browser, avoid keeping the session active on shared devices for extended periods.

You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies, clear site data, or log out. Clearing local storage may end your session and reset preferences, but it does not delete account or order records on the server. Submit privacy requests as described below.

Third-Party Payments and Data Recipients

VPNNH supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. The relevant third party processes payments. This service receives the payment status and transaction information needed to confirm orders and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords to this site.

Third parties may process payment details under their own rules. Review their privacy notices before submitting information. VPNNH does not sell users' personal data. Relevant information is shared only as necessary to provide the service, process payments and refunds, maintain systems, or meet legal obligations, and is limited to those purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are kept for the periods required for settlement, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Security events and site analytics are deleted or aggregated once troubleshooting and analysis are complete; identifiable details are not kept indefinitely.

Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket form to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. VPNNH will first verify account ownership and then explain what can be handled. Keep your ability to sign in until the request is complete.

Deletion may affect subscription access and order lookups. Records that must be retained by law or are subject to an ongoing dispute will be restricted to the necessary purposes and cleared when the reason for retention no longer applies. Backup data is removed through normal rotation and is not reused for routine business.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

When this policy changes, the revised content will be posted on this page and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be communicated through the website or panel. Where separate consent is legally required, publishing a policy does not replace that consent.

If you have questions about data processing or want to make a privacy request, use a panel support ticket and describe the account matter and action you are requesting. See the Terms of Service for service rules and the Refund Policy for refund instructions.
